A return contract (outside IR35) working on a night shift rota 4 on 4 off. Work involves repair and breakdowns on bespoke fruit processing machinery. Consulting with Production and Quality Departments to create continuous improvements to the existing systems. The quality standards and systems that are in place are set according to the strict regulations and protocols of ISO45001:2018. Food safety management systems certified to BRC standard in workplace health and safety, aligned to internationally recognised best practices.
